EXO: The Best Natural Bug Killer

The story of how we kicked out our extra-leggy roommates, for good.

Being home more this past year than probably the past 3 years combined, it’s safe to say I’ve had a lot of judgement day time with my home. I’m talking dusty sideboards, stuffed in closets, but above all - a ton of bugs. Mosquitoes having a chill session out near my porch lights, spider webs guarding my ceiling lights and corners, and righteous flour beetles harboring in my pantry’s 5 year expired flour. It’s a mess.

Fortunately, there is a new spray in town, called EXO. EXO is a plant-powered indoor and outdoor insect control line that is safe to use around pets and family, and is actually safe. Unlike most other pesticides on the market that use harsh chemicals and hefty smells, (we’re talking about you, bright red, scary cans), EXO uses plant extracts in its formulation and has a very light botanical scent. To be honest, I’ve used it as room freshener on more occasions than I want to admit.

EXO uses a sustainable, VOC-free aerosol technology called BOV. In laymen’s terms, this means that the pressurization for the aerosol sprays is generated through air, not the typical propellants you find in most aerosols. This means that cans don’t get cold, and you can spray them from any direction.

We’ve used EXO’s Multi-Insect Killer to combat a bevy of leggy problems, from spiders to ants to a lone invading cockroach. The best part, is that I swear there are less bugs since using EXO. Either they got afraid of their missing fellow insects, or EXO is actually repelling them.

EXO works on contact and I’ve found that it kills a bug in anywhere from 15-45 seconds.

So in preparation for the next time your child (or your spouse) starts screaming bloody murder for a ceiling stalker…be sure to stock an EXO.

Get it on EXO’s official website starting at $12.99
